TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

HOW TO ENTER

To enter this competition, entrants must spend a minimum of $80 on fashion items at The Base during the campaign period, Monday 25 May – Sunday 14 June 2026. Entrants must then scan the QR code, upload a photo of their receipt(s)and fill-n the online entry form.

PRIZES INCLUDE:

  • 2x ‘Shopping Experiences’ with Personal Stylist Coby Haimes and $1,000 spending money.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The name of this “promotion” is Shop Style Win 2026
  2. Participation in this promotion indicates an acceptance and agreement of all of these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not take part in this promotion.
  3. The promotion will be open 9am Monday 25 May 2026 – 6pm Sunday 14 June 2026.
  4. Entry into this promotion is granted only by spending a minimum of $80 on fashion items at The Base during the campaign period.
  5. ‘Fashion items’ include clothing, fashion accessories (bags, hats, scarves, gloves), eyewear, jewellery & footwear. It excludes all non-fashion related product and services, as well as the purchase of gift cards.
  6. One entry is granted for every $80 spend. I.e. $169.99 = 2 entries.
  7. Receipts can be combined to make up $80. However, the spend must have occurred within the promotional period.
  8. Entry into this promotion is only open to New Zealand residents who are aged 16 years and over.
  9. The participating Kiwi Property shopping centres are: The Base
  10. The promotion prizes are: two shopping experiences with personal stylist Coby Haimes and $1,000 spending money, with two winners. Valued at $1,425 each.
  11. Two winners will be drawn at random on Tuesday 16th June 2026 and contacted via the phone number provided on the entry form. Three unsuccessful attempts to contact a winner will result in the prize being re-drawn.
  12. The shopping experience is to be booked by the winner directly with Coby Haimes at a mutually agreed time and date.
  13. The shopping experience and $1,000 spending money can only be redeemed at The Base Shopping Centre.
  14. The ‘$1,000 spending money’ must be redeemed during the shopping experience with Coby Haimes at The Base and will not be paid directly to the winner(s). The value must be spent in its entirety during the shopping experience. Any value remaining after the shopping experience will be forfeited by the winner.
  15. Persons excluded from entering this promotion are staff and contractors of the promoter, any participating sponsors, retailers and staff members from any participating centre, and their associated agencies and companies.
  16. Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  17. All Prizes are not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash and only one may be collected per customer. If, for any reason, outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter, the prize is unable to be supplied, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater cash value.
  18. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
  19. The prize winner/s are responsible for all other costs related to the prize. The prize is subject to additional terms and conditions of third-party suppliers.
  20. All decisions made by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
  21. Any failure by the prize winner/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the Promoter may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion at any time.
  23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, except as required by law. The Promoter, its partners and providers take no responsibility for any costs or fees incurred as a result to entering this promotion. This includes but is not limited to any fuel, internet, or mobile service or function used to enter and/or interact with this promotion.
  24. To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied regarding the quality or suitability of any prize awarded as part of this promotion and will not be responsible for breach for such representations or warranties.
  25. All entries remain the property of Kiwi Property Group Limited. All personal information collected will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy which can be found at Privacy policy – Kiwi Property. Any entrant has the right to access their personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020 by emailing update@kp.co.nz. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise stated, each participant agrees that the Promoter may use the participant’s personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Kiwi Property Group Limited’s privacy policy.
  26. The Promoter may communicate or advertise this promotion using Facebook or Instagram. However, the promotion is in no way endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their information to the Promoter.
  27. By entering this promotion entrants consent to receiving communications by the Promoter through the nominated contact details provided by the entrant. These communications include but are not limited to future campaigns, research, marketing of events and offers, and surveying.
