Men in Black: International is the newest film in the MIB franchise and takes you on a facetious ride in this comedic take on the 1997 original.

A scene from the movie Men in Black: International

Starring Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson and Liam Neeson | Directed by F. Gary Gray

With Chris Hemsworth as Agent H and Tessa Thompson as rookie Agent M, you can look forward to the dynamic duo in action again, after their pairing in Thor: Ragnarok.

MIB: International begins with the audience bearing witness little Molly’s (Agent M) first encounter with aliens and the MIB. She spends the next 20 years of her life trying to join the secretly, non-secret, secret agency that fights aliens from out of this world (totally in public, how has nobody ever found out about it?!)

Subsequently, Molly succeeds in being the first person EVER to find the top-secret agency; she becomes Agent M and is placed on a probation period to prove she is worthy enough to wear the black suit and tie. Agent M is sent to London on her first case where she partners up with decorated Agent H (Hemsworth).

It’s discovered that there is an alien force on Earth that have the ability to change in to human form and exuberate powers never before seen by the MIB. At this stage, you start to think that the film can’t get any better, then Pawny is introduced. Pawny (Kumail Nanjiani) plays a chest piece like character no bigger than the size of your hand, however his character makes a huge impact on the film. Pawny brings fresh jokes, sarcastic comedy and proof that no matter how small you may be, bravery cannot be measured.

Agent M and Agent H might be an unlikely pairing that works – or do the aliens win in this globe-trotting adventure? Let’s just say that the trailer doesn’t do the film justice, the graphics are incredible, Chris Hemsworth is still sizzling, and the MIB continue to fight aliens… secretly.
